| ANNOUNCEMENT Ohio law authorizes state agencies to adopt, amend, or rescind rules in accordance with Chapter 119 of the Revised Code (RC). The definitions and incorporated by reference rules in three Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) chapters were final filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR) on January 22, 2020 and became effective on February 1, 2020.
