I wanted to provide an update to those who completed the survey to participate in the modem upgrade program for LIFEPAK monitors. The modem purchase was approved by the hospitals last week and the purchase order was provided to Pete Landry with Stryker. Pete stated each department will receive an email requesting information and that needs completed and emailed back. The quicker you get this accomplished, the quicker you will get your modem. He stated if you are prompt in returning the requested information, you should you receive your modem around mid January. There will mostly likely be no change in 3G service for your current modem coverage though the first quarter of 2020. Please be prompt in getting the needed information back, so you can ensure you get the 4G modem prior to any service interruptions. If you have any questions please let me know.
