March has arrived and this is a reminder that we are 2 weeks away from the Computer Based Test (CBT) opening for ALL providers.
The CBT will be available on March 15th and the 2018 Protocol will take effect on June 1st. Please have all of your providers tested before June 1st.
The attached form MUST be submitted to Alex Brahm apbrahm@premierhealth.com for CBT Proctors to receive their Access Codes.
2018 CBT Access Codes AND PIN numbers are not the same as 2017.
