ATTENTION: All EMS Agencies, Trauma Registry Submitters and Software Vendors Beginning at 9:00 am on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, our vendor Digital Innovations Inc. will be performing system maintenance on the Ohio EMS Incident Reporting System and the Ohio Trauma Registry. During this time, the EMS web service, EMS file upload receiver, and the Ohio Central Site (including the EMS and Trauma Web Registries and Trauma file upload) will be unavailable. The outage is expected to last 24 – 36 hours, and no records can be received during this service outage. Please adjust your reporting accordingly and expect a slight delay after the system is back online while the system works through processing backlog submissions.
