Greater Miami Valley EMS Council recently issued a listserv message reminding agencies to submit a copy of their current drug license documentation to the GMVEMSC office as soon as possible either by fax to (937) 228-1035 or by email at gmvemsc@gdaha.org. We still have not received the Drug License from a number of EMS agencies. Meanwhile, we have received notices from the Ohio Board of Pharmacy such as the one below. If your agency has not both renewed your license with OBP and sent a copy to EMS Council, please do so immediately!
If you have submitted the application to the State but have not received a copy of your license yet, please let Council know that.
Both the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX EMS and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX EMS both ran with an expired State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy license from April 1, 2019 to June 4, 2019, can you please help me get documentation from any hospitals/ED’s within the GMVEMS where they obtained/exchanged a drug bag during those dates? Thank you in advance for your help on this.
