DEPUTY FIRE CHIEF
PAY RANGE: $62,067.20 - $93,912.00, DOQ
The City of Xenia, Ohio is seeking qualified application for Deputy Fire Chief. Qualified candidates will have an associate's degree in Fire Science or related field and four (4) years experience of command and control of emergency operations; or any equivalent combination of experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Candidates must hold the State of Ohio Level II Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Certifications; and must possess a valid Ohio Motor Vehicle Driver's License and remain insurable under the City's vehicle insurance policy.
Preferred candidates will demonstrate effective skills in areas of leadership, public relations, policy development and innovation.
