Computer Based Testing will open on March 15, 2019. CBT must be completed by June 1, 2019. Access codes have been sent out to all proctors, if you have not received yours, check your junk/spam mail, then confirm that your recommendation form has been sent in. If all these have been done and you still do not have your code please contact Chris Freeze crfreeze@premierhealth.com. Refer to the Greater Miami Valley EMS Council website (under regional protocol tab) to find the 2019 CBT implementation guides, the 2019 CBT proctor guide PowerPoint, and the recommendation form. The GMVEMSC website also is where to find information on how to create database accounts.
