The meeting is Tuesday, November 13th, at Bieser Auditorium in the Berry Women’s Center at Miami Valley Hospital. There will be a complimentary breakfast (7:30 AM) plus a lunch with our speakers and up to 4.5 hours of free EMS Continuing Education.
We have a terrific program lined up – see the attached poster! Here’s just some of what you can expect:
· Multiple presentations on the October 2017 Las Vegas attack, including “One October” - a comprehensive overview of events leading up to and occurring on October one in Las Vegas that explores the numerous lessons learned from this complicated and enormous tragedy. It touches on preparedness, mass casualty tactics, MACTAC response from both fire and police and a variety of topics related to infrastructure and public safety overall, and honors the 58 lives, and over 900 injured who suffered at the hands of a mass murderer.
